Miller to Receive First Amendment Award

Miller is scheduled to pick up a First Amendment Award from the Society of Professional Journalists on Tuesday, also in California.

Here's how we can make sense of this: Recall that the First Amendment protects not only those who speak truth to power, but also those who act as loudspeakers for the powerful, regardless of whether the powerful are spreading lies.
